By accessing or using GOINBOX Billing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

GOINBOX is a cloud-based ISP billing, subscriber management, and network monitoring platform designed for Community Networks, Wireless ISPs (WISPs), and small to medium Internet Service Providers across Africa.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your login details with unauthorized persons.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly based on your chosen plan.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

You agree not to use GOINBOX for:

• Any illegal activities or fraud
• Spamming or unsolicited communications
• Interfering with other users' networks
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code

You retain ownership of your subscriber data. By using GOINBOX, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

GOINBOX is provided "as is". We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
