Quick Start
Follow these steps to get your network billing environment ready.
Sign up
Create your GOINBOX Billing account using your email address and complete your account verification.
Connect your router
Select your network setup and connect your MikroTik, PPPoE server or WiFi Hotspot environment.
Create your billing plan
Define your price, validity period, speed and data limits.
Add subscribers
Add subscribers individually or import your existing customer information.
Account & Team Setup
Complete the following configuration after creating your account.
- 1 Verify your email and phone number.
- 2 Add your business name and logo.
- 3 Invite team members and assign appropriate roles.
- 4 Configure your M-PESA Till or Paybill details where applicable.
MikroTik RouterOS Integration
Connect your MikroTik environment to GOINBOX Billing for subscriber and network management.
Connection workflow
- 1 Open MikroTik WinBox or WebFig.
- 2 Configure the required API access and credentials.
- 3 Open Settings → Integrations in GOINBOX.
- 4 Add your MikroTik connection details and test the connection.
